Frank joined Rapp Worldwide as Chief Creative Officer in July 2015 with a focus on expanding the agency’s capabilities, transforming its operations, and establishing a culture of creativity and innovation.
Prior to joining RAPP, Frank was Partner & Executive Creative Director at Rosetta. He was a key figure in Rosetta’s rise to prominence (now Razorfish Global), where he provided creative leadership, business growth, and direction for the agency for over 7 years, and through 5 mergers and acquisitions.
